Natsuko Shoji Supports KARADAKARA, a Children’s Sports Grant Program, as a Role Model

We are pleased to announce that our chef Natsuko Shoji has joined KARADAKARA, a grant program that supports children through sports, as a role model.

The four role models who have joined are Miwa Tanaka of the Yomiuri Giants Japanese professional baseball team, Bgirl AMI, a gold medalist in the Paris Olympics breaking, Ayako Imoto, a TV personality active on the world stage, and our chef, Natsuko Shoji.

KARADAKARA aims to create an environment where children can enjoy physical activity, based on the philosophy that the skills they need for the future will be acquired ‘from the body,’ and With this shared vision, the role models are committed to actively participating in the program moving forward.

About KARADAKARA:
A grant program launched in 2025 by Nike and the Yomiuri Giants in cooperation with the Japan NPO Center, a non-profit organization. The program supports sports organizations for children, based on the belief that the strength necessary for the future is acquired “from the body. The goal is a future in which children can enjoy moving their bodies more.
