Participate in Cairo Food Week as one of the 10 global chefs

Chef Natsuko Shoji participated in Cairo Food Week from June 1-10, 2023. We are honored to be invited as one of the world's leading chefs.

Shoji was in charge of the second day of the event titled "We're Paving The Way" and provided a special gastronomic experience along with Sahar Al Awadhi, the MENA's Best Pastry Chef of 2022. This was hosted by GnK Group.

In addition, on the third day of the event, she was featured in a round table discussion of the event titled "How Far We've Come." Moderated by Dina El Mofty, the discussion was held with chef Jessica Rosval, chef Mirette Aly, and chef Sahar Al Awadhi.

We sincerely thank Sherif Tamim, photographer and founder of Cairo Food Week, Chef Sahar Al Awadhi, the moderators and chefs who shared their discussions, the chefs in Egypt, and all those involved in this festival of food, culture, identity, and community.
