Collaboration with Restaurant Leo in Colombia to be announced

We are pleased to announce that Chef Natsuko Shoji's été and Chef Leonor Espinosa's Leo Restaurant will be hosting a collaborative dinner on March 15. We are honored to announce this collaboration.

Expect a combination of Chef Leonor Espinosa's long cherished Colombian ingredients and Shoji's signature dishes. Also, Laura Hernández Espinosa, the chef's daughter and chef-sommelier, will prepare a special pairing for this special evening.

I’m so honored to announce the collaboration I have been dreaming about, with the Chef I respect, The World's 50 Best Restaurants Best Female Chef, Leonor Espinosa from Leo Restaurant on 15th March!
Chef Leo gives me many inspirations, such as her social project, FUNLEO Fundación, supporting the local village and the people with the power of food.

This time, I will cook with the ingredients from the small producers from these local villages, Chef Leo has been cherished and applied to her creations many years. I’m really thankful to her generosity, to let me create my cuisine in her kitchen using these precious ingredients made with love, also some components Chef Leo has created. Even whole 8 course is done by été and based on my world-view, this is truly the collaborative work with team Leo and été.
This is truly exclusive experience, specially created only for one night.

This is first time for me to travel to Colombia. I would like to listen the voice of the indigenous ingredients and think about the paths, Chef Leo and local people has been walked hand in hand.

Chef sommelier and Chef Leo’s daughter, Laura Hernández Espinosa will create the special paring for the night.
I can’t wait to see the guests in the other side of the globe and the whole team is getting ready to the unforgettable moment.
