Attended reception for Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell

Natsuko Shoji, as a female chef and artist, was invited by Rahm Emanuel, the 55th Mayor of Chicago and Ambassador to the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, to attend a reception for two of the finest artists, Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell and their families.
