An interview with Chef Shoji was featured in a book by Kyoko Nakayama focusing on the lives of female chefs

We are pleased to announce that an interview with Chef Shoji has been featured in a book by Kyoko Nakayama, a journalist covering food culture around the world, which focuses on the lives of female chefs.

The book was written with one goal in mind: to serve as a guide for women working in the Food and Beverage Industry and for the next generation of young people who will lead the future. The book contains the success stories of 13 female chefs, including Shoji, and what they have kept in mind when making major decisions in their lives. The thoughts of the author, Ms. Nakayama, and Shoji, who participated in the interview, are expressed on their respective Instagrams, which we invite you to view via the links at the bottom of the article.

In closing, we would like to thank the journalist Ms. Nakayama for giving us this very meaningful opportunity and sincerely hope that this book will inspire the lives of not only women in the culinary industry, but also women in various industries and the young people who will lead the next generation.
