DOM PÉRIGNON “HARMONY” — NEW VINTAGE LAUNCH DINNER
In May 2026, DOM PÉRIGNON hosted its "HARMONY" — NEW VINTAGE LAUNCH DINNER at an exclusive venue in Tokyo, led by Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon.
The evening marked the unveiling of three exceptional vintages: Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017, Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010, and Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 Plénitude 2 (P2).
"HARMONY" is DOM PÉRIGNON's theme for 2026. Guided by this vision, the wines, cuisine, and surrounding space unfolded in succession, each element resonating with the next as the evening gradually evolved toward a singular harmony.
The dinner was prepared by Natsuko Shoji, our owner-chef and a member of the Dom Pérignon Society. Inspired by the individuality of each vintage, her menu resonated with each vintage with precision, allowing every element of the evening to converge in harmony.
