Shoji donated all trophies to her alma mater and conducted special classes

We are pleased to announce that Chef Shoji has donated all 18 trophies he has received so far to her alma mater, Komaba Gakuen High School, as part of her activities for the next generation, the future leaders of the food and beverage industry.

On the day of the donation, Chef Shoji also conduct her customary special class, sharing with the students knowledge based on her own experiences, from cooking techniques to entrepreneurship and brand building.

As part of their mission, Chef Shoji and été will continue to work diligently with future chefs and the culinary industry.
