Restaurant Leo × été — Collaboration Dinner
Here are some of the wonderful moments from the March 17 dinner in collaboration with Restaurant Leo and a message from Chef Natsuko Shoji.
We would like to thank Chef Leonor Espinosa, her daughter and chef-sommelier Laura Hernández Espinosa, the team Restaurant Leo, the guests who shared this wonderful and special evening, and everyone involved.

Thank you chef Leonor Espinosa and team Restaurant Leo unforgettable moments!
This time, I cooked with the ingredients from the small producers from these local villages, Chef Leo has been cherished and applied to her creations many years. I feel honored to her generosity, to let me create my cuisine in her kitchen using these precious ingredients made with love, also some components Chef Leo has created. Even whole 8 course is done by team été and based on my world-view, this is truly the collaborative work with team Leo and été.
Was truly exclusive experience, specially created only for one night.
Chef sommelier and Chef Leo’s daughter, Laura Hernández Espinosa created the special paring for the night was truly amazing.
There are a lots of Challenging situations but we made it with team Restaurant Leo and my important staffs. I couldn’t stop crying when I was leaving at the restaurant.
I’m glad now I have a family here in Colombia.
