Such a great honor to be the BVLGARI AVRORA AWARDS (Bulgaria Avrora Awards), an award originating in Japan sponsored by luxury brand BVLGARI, celebrating the achievements of women on the world stage and highlighting their way of life.
The awards include 10 women from various fields, including culture, entertainment, art, politics, economics, medicine, social contribution, and sports, who give confidence, courage, and inspiration to all women through their stories and they are chosen by Ryuichi Sakamoto, Koji Sugimoto, Kazumi Kurigami photographer, and chef Luca Fantin of Bulgari restaurant.

Thank you Luca Fantin of BVLGARI Il Ristorante and our customers, my staffs and my family for always supporting team été .

This has been my dream, and I believe that even with a small restaurant like été, I can still create a masterpiece that the world recognises as one of the best. It does not come easy, it takes hard work and perseverance, and I cannot be more proud to have fulfilled this dream of mine. I will keep on putting up great work for my beloved guests.

We will continue to do our best to create a new world for female chefs in Japan.
